The clock will display the Rotary logo, is backlighted, and chimes on the half-hour. Our Silver Anniversary Celebration will be held on March 27 and will include a celebration picnic and the unveiling of the Rotary Clock Tower on 2nd Street, Griffith Park, near the new City Hall complex. |

The last major fundraiser of the Rotary year is our Seventeenth Annual Golf Classic on April 3, 2009. The event had over 120 golfers last year at Oak Harbor Golf Course and netted over $15,000 for charities and other worthy causes in the community. We will have a silent auction, door prizes, and awards.
We also have 50-50 raffles, sweet potato sales, and football pools during the year to generate revenue for our service projects. |
